DIRECTIONS

The nearest stations are Lambeth North or Waterloo and the gym is situated at the junction of Lambeth Road and Hercules Road. The directions sound easy enough but you probably won't be able to find us, because the front door is tucked away in the far corner of the DHL forecourt. More often that not, there will be a whacking great lorry parked across the forecourt hiding the gym completely. So bob and weave your way round the lorry, work off your back foot avoiding the trolleys being loaded and we're the wooden door with the sign above. But please don't park on the forecourt, you'll get clamped. There are plenty of parking meters nearby.
